ReTread was Merrell's pilot recycling and resell programme which launched in the US in 2022 as part of their wider sustainability platform. Merrell aimed to save 300,000 pairs of shoes from going to landfill by 2025 through ReTread.
Mosa believe that cyclists have the power to transform cities into cleaner, greener, safer and healthier places – better for communities and better for the planet. Their smart docks are installed on existing bike racks and riders can use them for free via the app, providing secure parking and eliminating the need to carry heavy locks.

I designed the visual identity for the programme, including the symbol, lockup, guidelines and various social assets. Inspired by circularity, the core theme of the programme, the symbol uses the Merrell M icon in an endless loop.
